CLITERATI / VIOLATION WOUND Split LP Tankcrimes
Portland’s CLITERATI and Oakland’s VIOLATION WOUND have united to unleash a mutinous, ten-track split 12″ .
Captured at Earhammer Studios by Greg Wilkinson (Autopsy, Necrot, Deathgrave), and mastered at Mammoth Sound by Dan Randall (Ghoul, Fucked Up), the split features cover art by VIOLATION WOUND vocalist/guitarist Chris Reifert (Autopsy, Abscess) .

DETH CRUX "Mutant Flesh" LP
After debuting in 2015 with their staggering first EP "Pears of Anguish", Los Angeles deathrock night stalkers Deth Crux (who feature in their ranks members of US doom legends Buried at Sea and of L.A. black/death heathens Lighting Swords of Death) return with their long awaited debut album - the haunting and chameleonic "Mutant Flesh", forty minutes of shapeshifting and deviant horror punk/gothic rock soaked in neon, blood, sex, and perversion. Shrouded in an aura both erotic and extraterrestrial, "Mutant Flesh" is a modern post-punk juggernaut in which Deth Crux have distilled the most tumultuous, unclean, and eclectic aspects of their home town Los Angeles to create a dark punk opera of unparalleled seductiveness and darkness. Theirs is not the Los Angeles we all know. Instead it is a city they have transformed and reimagined through sound with its most dysfunctional and cinematic traits exaggerated and pushed to the forefront, haunted by neon-hungry ghosts and mutated subhuman creatures hiding behind black sunglasses among the surface population, where strange flesh is sold to fulfill unearthly desires. In "Mutant Flesh" Deth Crux channel the grandiose majesty and gloom of iconic UK goth bands like Bauhaus, Fields of the Nephilim, and Sister of Mercy, with the spooky and feral irreverence of Christian Death, projecting it all against their own personal audio-visual backdrop of decaying urban madness and sinister body horror to yield something truly both unseen and marvelously unsettling and seductive. Recorded and mixed by famed sound designer Sanford Parker (Leviathan, Wovenhand, Nachtmystium, Voivod etc.) in 2017 at Big Band Sound in Los Angeles, "Mutant Flesh" features contributions also by saxophone legend Bruce Lamont (Yakuza, Corrections House) and is already slated to become a classic dark goth/horror punk opera of our times. AUS ROTTEN "Fuck Nazi Sympathy" (25-Year Anniversary Edition)
For this "25-year anniversary" release all tracks have been remastered by Jay Matherson at the JAM ROOM studio. The record now comes in a proper 7in jacket printed on reverse board. Along with the EP the package contains a 7x14 insert with updated artwork plus a 12x12 Poster designed by Dave Trenga.
KORROSIVE "Observations From The West" LP
After a Demo Tape, a bunch of live tapes, two 7" EP's and a split 7" with Appendix, Korrosive are finally back with their debut full length. The Bay Area band hasn't changed their sound at all and what you can hear on this record is the usual wall of sound totally inspired by old school Finnish hardcore punk. Kaaos are of course on the top of the list, but Mellakka, Rutto and Bastards are the names that come to my mind after multiple listens of this masterpiece. The LP will be released on time for their June European tour

CARNAGE, are a relatively new band from Lisbon, Portugal. After releasing a very highly praised demo on cassette in 2017 CARNAGE are finally back to commit a proper vinyl release on PROFANE EXISTENCE!
To be put simply “Duality” is apocalyptic mid-tempo metal influenced crust at its best. CARNAGE have brilliantly dipped their pen in all the right places. Taking obvious cues from the legendary 80 UK crust/stenchcore scene, 90’s Japanese crust, and Swedish death metal, yet somehow making something new. CARNAGE unapologetically expand on the sounds of their predecessors creating a very unique take on the genre that is quite unlike most bands today.
For fans of AMEBIX, ANTISECT, S.D.S, DEVIATED INSTINCT, HELLSHOCK, etc.

SILENCE - “The Countdowns Begun” LP
The Countdown’s Begun is a peace punk record about endings. Simultaneously anthemic and ominous, its songs are situated squarely in the contemporary political moment without being excessively topical. The lyrics deal with climate change, gentrification, toxic masculinity, and the threat of nuclear war, but mostly through the lens of the personal alienation experienced by people living through these dark times rather than as a political tirade. It is a warning, and it is a meditation on what we’ve lost. Mourning without accepting defeat, it is also a battle cry. The Countdowns Begun was recorded during a blizzard at the end of 2018 in America, and that’s what it sounds like. It is a soundtrack for this bleak era.
This is the second LP from Pittsburgh’s Silence, following up on 2016’s The Deafening Sound of Absolutely Nothing (Profane Existence), and it reflects a band that has matured considerably in their song writing. The record incorporates a much broader range of influences into their post-punk meets peace punk style. Apparent on this LP are melodic sounds derived from the likes of Billy Bragg and the Jam, aggressive riffs and gang vocals that invoke Conflict and the Sex Pistols, and more angular and dark elements reminiscent of Xmal Deutschland, early New Order, and Gang of Four. They’ve been called dark punk, peace punk, anarcho-punk, goth punk and post-punk, but whatever you call them, Silence is equally at home playing a punk show in a smoky dive bar or basement with hardcore punk bands, or at a goth show under coloured lights and fog machines.

Not many words needed to introduce SIEGE: they’re the undisputed generators of all hyper-speed Hardcore, Grindcore and blasting fast Thrash and have massively influenced a world of maniacs bringing musical extremities to the most outraegous boundaries, the first most obvious example being Napalm Death that mentioned them as an inspiration since the “Scum” era and covered “Walls” on their legendary Mick-Shane-Bill-Lee times Peel Sessions, or Heresy that covered “Conform” and the list goes on forever!
In the early ’80s SIEGE paved their way into the violent Weymouth/Boston Hardcore scene delivering the fastest and most furious Hardcore ever heard. This double LP collection is the first ever official SIEGE release in Europe and their definitive, most complete discography to date, consisting of:
– “Drop dead” studio session 1984
– “Cleanse the bacteria” tracks 1984
– Out takes from the original 1984 studio session
– Lost session 1991 with Seth Putnam on vocals
– UNRELEASED version of “Grim reaper”
All remastered for vinyl from the best audio sources in existence. Housed in a deluxe gatefold sleeve with silver hot foil stamp logo on the front and partial UV print, including a booklet with rare and never seen before photos, lyrics, original artworks.
